Bob’s background spans senior leadership roles across banking, financial services, and regulated environments, including experience with UK and European supervisory authorities.

He is the co-founder of Prospector PRO, a relationship intelligence platform developed in Central and Eastern Europe, and an active contributor to UK and international innovation ecosystems.

He works extensively across Central and Eastern Europe, supporting financial institutions and technology firms as they internationalise, and contributes to innovation communities including Barclays Eagle Labs and the C4DI Tech Accelerator in Kingston upon Hull.
