Bob Spence
Business Development and Sales Acceleration Specialist
Bob has held senior roles across banking and financial services with Barclays, Coutts Bank, Group Assurance Nationale, Devere, Millfield Group, New Leaf, and Vitality Life. A career including Sales Director, Managing Director, Head of Banking, Group Sales Lead, and Non-Executive Director.
He has also held controlling functions with both the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom and the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg.
As a business development and sales acceleration specialist, Bob focuses on the next generation of clients – the Gen-Z marketplace. He is the co-founder of Rainmaker PRO, a purpose-built banking CRM developed in Poland, and is an active UK Export Champion.
Bob works across Central and Eastern Europe supporting financial institutions and technology firms in the development and internationalisation of FinTech applications.
He contributes to innovation communities through Barclays Eagle Labs (Liverpool, Manchester, and Leeds) and the C4DI Tech Accelerator in Kingston upon Hull.
