Jackie Kingham is a strategic transformation leader with over 16 years of experience driving complex change, operational excellence, and regulatory resilience across fintech, investment banking, and Big 4 consulting.
Currently serving as Director of Business Transformation at Raisin—one of Europe’s leading pan-European fintech platforms—Jackie oversees UK-wide transformation across Risk, Compliance, Operations and Product. Prior to joining Raisin, she spent nearly a decade at Deutsche Bank in senior global COO and transformation roles, partnering with executive leadership across Global Markets, Corporate Banking, and Group Treasury to lead major governance redesigns, commercial performance strategies, and regulatory remediation. Her earlier career includes management consulting across the UK and Australasia with EY, KPMG, and BCS Consulting.
In addition to her executive experience, Jackie brings non-executive governance expertise from her previous role on the Board of the West Riding County Football Association, where she served on the Audit & Risk Committee and chaired the Inclusion Advisory Group.
