FinTech North and Luminate Education Group Renew Strategic Partnership
We’re delighted to announce the renewal of our Strategic Partnership with Luminate Education Group – marking our third year of working together to drive high-impact skills development across the FinTech ecosystem in Yorkshire and beyond.
Over the last two years, this collaboration has been instrumental in advancing our Skills work, which focuses on ensuring the UK has the talent needed to drive innovation, support growth and maintain global leadership in financial technology. Our mission centres on creating accessible pathways into fintech, supporting people to upskill, reskill and build the specialist and transferable capabilities required for a fast-moving digital economy.
Luminate is perfectly aligned with this vision. As a major education consortium with deep regional roots, they share our commitment to widening participation, breaking down barriers to learning and opening up meaningful opportunities for learners across Yorkshire and beyond – whether entering the workforce, shifting careers, or developing new skills to progress professionally.
As part of this renewed partnership, we will collaborate on a Career Booster Webinar, support in shaping and informing their curriculum to reflect evolving industry needs, help to deepen their engagement with local employers, and continue to promote their programmes, initiatives and impact across our community. Luminate Education Group will also have a brand presence at our flagship Leeds Conference in 2026, taking place in May, including an exhibition stand on the day.
We’re proud of what has been achieved so far – from widening access to FinTech careers to developing industry-aligned skills across the region. With this renewed partnership, we look forward to creating even more opportunities for learners, educators and employers, and continuing to build a strong, inclusive pipeline of talent for the future of financial innovation.
