FinTech North partners with Red Badger to spark data-led conversations across the North
We’re pleased to announce our new partnership with Red Badger, the product and technology consultancy helping some of the best-known names in financial services and beyond to keep evolving what they build.
Red Badger works with modern enterprises across financial services, the public sector and global brands to keep their products and services evolving. Its cross-functional teams bring strategy, design and engineering together to build the platforms and digital products that sit behind critical business lines, from reimagining digital banking experiences to transforming public services. They also embed data and AI capabilities across organisations, with clients including Santander, Equifax, Security Bank,, the British Council and London Business School.
Data and AI readiness is shaping the agenda for financial services and technology leaders across the North, and Red Badger brings the depth of experience to help organisations turn that priority into progress. From established institutions modernising their platforms to growing fintechs launching new products, our members are working through challenges Red Badger tackles every day, and their approach of delivering value early and improving it continuously gives those conversations a practical edge. With a growing presence in Leeds, Red Badger is deepening its connections in the region, and we’ll be supporting them in building on that across the wider North.
The partnership is already off to a flying start. Richard Handley, Director, Data & AI at Red Badger, spoke at our recent Northern FinTech Summit in the tech and product track, in a session called ‘AI ready? Prove it.’ on why trusting your AI starts with knowing where your data is.
As part of our partnership, we’ll be working with Red Badger on a roundtable in Leeds this November, ‘Payments innovation starts with data readiness’, bringing senior leaders from financial services and FinTech together to swap notes on getting data, technology and teams ready for what’s next in payments.
We’ll also be giving Red Badger’s experts a platform to share their perspectives with our 10,000-strong community, at our events and beyond.
