FinTech North @ Platform 28/9/17
We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting an upcoming breakfast seminar and networking event on Thursday 28th September, in partnership with Leeds City Council.
FinTech North @ Platform will be the first in a series of events hosted over the coming months as part of a programme building on the successful convergence of Commercial, Academic, Financial and Technological interests of the FinTech North annual conference which has taken place during Leeds Digital Festival for the last two years.

A FinTech panel will interactively discuss how to leverage the assets of the region for the benefit of the local economy and industry development, by combining ground-breaking academic research with advanced application development while considering the rapidly changing consumer needs.
Representatives from Tech City will be in attendance at the event to help promote the recently launched FinTech For All competition for FinTech start-ups. More information about FinTech For All can be found here.
Platform is a flagship development by Bruntwood in the heart of Leeds, which includes a much-heralded Tech Hub that was recently awarded £2m of funding by Leeds City Council.
Who should attend?
This event is for any individuals in the Leeds city region with an interest in the region’s Finance and/or Tech (FinTech) ecosystem and will include discussions around the Leeds FinTech scene as well as about the future of FinTech North as an entity.

What is Fintech North?
